SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA, Canada
All orders sent to Hawaii or Alaska require additional time to deliver, and will ship via standard delivery. These items cannot be guaranteed to a date and are not eligible for expedited or express delivery.
All customs clearance, duties, tax, or handling fees due on shipment to Canada are the responsibility of the recipient.

- We require a signature on all deliveries over $1000.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I want you to love your jewelry item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition; with the receipt and any physical grading reports that came with the item. Watches must also include the original packaging and manufacturer’s warranty documents.. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. Sized or monogramed jewelry may not be returned.
- ONLINE – Simply send an email to Bobbie containing a photo of the item to be returned, the reason it is being returned. Bobbie will acknowledge and authorize the return, exchange, or store credit.
- Package carefully and insure your return item(s). Address the package to Bobbies Jewelry ETC, 3621 East 85th Street, Tulsa, OK 74137
- All sales of sized* (other than women’s stock size 8 or men’s stock size 10) or customized/engraved jewelry are final.
- Custom design fees and shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in a store credit.
